Like its championship-winning sibling, the KX125, the KX65 is every bit a race-winning Kawasaki. A liquid-cooled, high-performance two-stroke engine powers the KX65 and features a strong, lightweight piston residing in an Electrofusion-coated cylinder. A CNC-machined finish on the bridge between the exhaust ports also contributes to better engine reliability and staves off seizures. Perfect for young riders accustomed to smaller motorcycles, the KX65 has a quick and smooth-shifting six-speed transmission with a manual clutch-actuating mechanism. A quality shift drum bearing reduces oil drainage from the transmission to the side case, and chrome-finished shift fork ends resist wear and keep the KX65 shifting smoothly for years to come.
